This policy explains how Golf Lab Media LLC ("we", "us"), publisher of Healthy Golf, collects, uses and shares personal information through healthygolf.com (the "Site").
Information we collect
- Newsletter signups: your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it, plus whether you also asked for the California Golf + Travel newsletter.
- Messages you send us: anything you include when you email or call us.
- Technical information: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the approximate country of your connection, to deliver and secure the Site. With a signup we store the country, not your IP address.
How we use it
- To send you the newsletter and magazine news you asked for.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the Site secure and working, and to understand how it is used.
Who we share it with
We use service providers that handle information for us: Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Constant Contact (our email newsletter service). They may only use it to provide their services to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Your choices
- Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.
- You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing info@healthygolf.com.
Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies today. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
California residents
California residents may request information about how their personal information is used and shared, and may ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
